Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Management/Outreach Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist in managing and engaging with our online community, executing outreach programs, and supporting content marketing initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community management, influencer outreach, and content marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and engaging with our online community across various social media platforms.
- Support the execution of outreach programs to expand our network and build relationships with influencers, partners, and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to contribute to content creation and community engagement efforts.
- Understand the forums e.g Hardwarezone, Seedly, Reddit, Quora, Facebook, Telegram, AskGuru and Real Estate groups
- Understand ohmyhome services and ability to influence users to create awareness
- Ability to identify and involve in conversations where topic is Ohmyhome services can be shared with the audiences of interests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platforms, and best practices in community management and outreach services.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in community management, outreach services, or related fields (internship experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices for community engagement.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach strategies and experience in building relationships with influencers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Passionate about community building, engagement, and content creation.
