Responsibilities
· Responsible for meeting daily service and repair needs and driving customer satisfaction.
· Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as required.
· Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis.
· Participates in Service sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
· Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
· Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements.
· Performs problem diagnosis, service, and preventative maintenance on instruments for lab automation.
· Handles essential tasks as assigned, and responds to change productively
Requirements
Prefer following disciplines – Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related disciplines.
· Candidate must be diligent and possess good communication skills - oral and written - to be able to interact with customers and suppliers effectively.
· Able to be a team player.
· Have strong organizational skills and strong follow-up skills
· Able to complete all tasks assigned in a timely fashion
· Possess a high level of commitment and initiative.
