Responsibilities:
Process all facility repair work request that come through the call center.
Answer service requests and track, monitor and report on the status of all maintenance, repair work generated.
Input and maintain data in the computerized maintenance management system.
Update and input daily task sheets received from contractors.
Contact suppliers for updates on work progress and advise customer of estimated resolution time.
Collection, collation and maintenance of work document files and other data for the development of reports to evaluate responsiveness, cost effectiveness and efficiency of resources use.
Administer the collection and collation of data for the reporting of historical and statistical performance.
Coordinating work requests with contractors and subcontractors.
Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety, health and environmental procedures.
Ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior or Business Support Manager.
Coordinate customer service activities at sites to provide consistent support and service, input information into and maintain the computerized maintenance management system database.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a facilities maintenance environment.
Pleasant and friendly mannerism, a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge/technological skills- the person should be adept in using Microsoft ( Words , Excel and Power Points ) and also email features ( Lotus Notes).
Good verbal and oral communication skills - English and Malay language is a must where Cantonese will be added advantage.
Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
Dependability; to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments.
Ability to work well as part of a team - to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, give as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, aid others to succeed.
