Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager to monitor and supervise the construction works at the project site, to ensure it meets the requirements in term of cost, quality and time.
• To review construction drawings and carry out valued engineering.
• To co-ordinate with Authorities, Consultants and Sub-contractors.
• To prepare daily site reports and correspondence.
• To do site inspection to check on quality of works/progress of works/ defect inspection.
• To attend project site meeting to ensure project schedule is adhered to, problem and defects are attended to.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess Degree/ Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 year working experience.
• Able to plan and lead sub-contractors on day-to day operation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player, able to work hard and independently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To participate in planning, managing and implementing Electrical & ELV services for projects.
• To prepare Construction, Shop drawing & As built drawing for M&E System.
• To ensure works are done as per contract's specification.
• To assist pre-contract & tender division with tender support for Electrical & ELV services/project support.
• To coordinate, monitor and review construction work progress.
• To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
• Inspection and reporting of installation works completed by Contractor.
• Ensuring all materials delivered to site conform with the approved specifications and Contract requirements.
• Identifying all outstanding work to be carried out timely to meet the timeline stipulated in the Contracts.
• Identifying potential problems and delay at site and report regularly to superiors on the progress of works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in related field is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
• Good in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good in Analysis, Design skills, Project Management and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management and Supervision
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to interact with Mandarin-speaking stakeholder.
• Travel to the site is required as necessary and able to work outstation.

Requirment / Scope:

• Installation of electrical system/extra low voltage system (CCTV/ alarm) 
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• No work experience required.
• On job training
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Own transportation required
