RESPONSIBILITIES

• The incumbent is primarily responsible for improving operational management systems in front-end systems such as point-of-sale projects.
• He/ she will contribute to a dynamic team who is responsible for the streamlining of existing processes, formulation and implementation of new technology projects, including performing user acceptance testing, as well as stakeholder management.
• Support project lead in implementation of standard operating procedures for new initiatives, in accordance with audit and financial requirements which involves the formulation of training materials for end users.
• As a subject matter expert of those projects, he/she will resolve business system production issues together with the relevant stakeholders and assist in gathering feedback from stores and other stakeholders post-live. Continuously identify gaps and work closely with ITD and vendors in issue resolution.
• Candidate is also required to travel between outlets for pre/post project implementation, including deployment of the various projects and interact with people from all levels.

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems
• Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred but not compulsory
• Experience in conducting UAT independently will be a plus point

Job scope:

Responsible for implementing business plans relating to staff control, handles people issues, performs store-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back office support. Government Support Programmes

• Promote and market the government support programmes to assist employers in the hiring of Singaporeans and Permanent Residents in PMET roles and internship placement

· Handle the end-to end application and disbursement of grants.

This manager will provide support and guidance to the Global Account Leaders on how to effectively execute and manage the BT Pricing Process within MarRFP, which is the BT pricing process system. The position is responsible for executing on established deliverables ensuring RFP bids are processed accurately and delivered on time.
