Job Summary:

Assist the Business Admin Manager in overseeing the day-to-day business administration and verification work flow and other related support services as directed.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in compiling and preparing Monthly Sales Reports (MSR) or any other reports from respective Sales/Branch Managers from time to time for reporting and business analysis
• To assist in carrying out verification process for checking all submission of sales related documents to ensure all documents and procedures are in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines set by respective departments
• To assist in monitoring and enforcement of the policies set by Business Administration Department, eg, change control policies, monitoring amendments made after Agreement is executed
• To assist in maintaining effective Document Management System
• Process RAS Application, liaison with leasing companies contact persons, follow up with sales person on the outstanding agreements and monitor the approval status until the case is invoiced by Order Management Department
• Contract Management. To monitor closely on the agreement physical signed copy, scan the agreement copy into the system. Follow up with sales team timely on the back logs, and communicate actively with Finance Department and Customer Support Department to ensure the contract is updated in the system
• To perform any other duties or special task or ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Superior

Tasks include:
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE:

The major objective of this role is to provide high quality care to support the independence and improving the quality of life for our Elders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / POSITION ACTIVITIES / INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

• Daily living experience, which includes personal care and hygiene, showing, assistance at mealtimes, and general mobility.
• By direction support the health and wellbeing needs of the Elders in line with their care plans.
• Working with other Management, staff, Elders, their families, and carers to improve health and wellbeing outcomes, and lifestyle for Elders.
• Working collaborative with management, staff and significant others to promote the practice of quality, person centred care.
• The position regularly makes decisions in regards to client service plan and priorities.

1. Track, retrieve and collate eResources statistics for monthly reports as per the required timeline. This includes liaising with vendors on statistics related issues, and updating manuals on usage statistics, where applicable.

2. Provide adhoc administrative support to the department e.g. ad hoc retrieval of statistics, administer the generic email account and follow up to ensure proper closure. For complex queries, to escalate to the respective staff in-charge to follow up.
