Job Descriptions:

• To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Responsible for achieving sales and operations, targets and performance respectively for your department.
• Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets. To ensure proposals are delivered/handled on time.
• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. To formulate or organize a working schedule amongst the personnel handling e-mails, enquiries on quotations, operations etc.
• Plan a timetable for sales calls to your clients followed by a report.
• Plan outstation sales calls to your clients, and branches followed by a report.
• To liaise and work closely with Account Managers, Ticketing and operations personnel, Overseas operators, suppliers, and airline personnel.
• To manage the growth of existing corporate (National & Global) client’s travel program
• Overall client account management & retention activities (travel review, sales call, roadshow, debtors & ageing, upselling, client feedback management etc)
• New sales acquisition activities (new leads generating strategy, cold calling, networking events, RFP) and other revenue-generating activities (example: MICE events, tour leading, acquiring client personal travel).
• Administrative work to maintain account files, folders, and overall client reporting tasks.
• To liaise and assist other departments and HQ/branches on matters relating to corporate sales.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
• Creates and conducts proposals and presentations.
• Recommend process improvements and attend training.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team and the company's SOP.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Primary/ Secondary School, Diploma/ Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management
• Preferably Intern specializing in F&B/ Tourism/ Hospitality or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Required spoken & written language (s): English

As a Deputy Corporate Secretary & Technical Operations Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the effective management of all matters related to the Board of Directors, Board Committees, the Board's Public Hearings, the Investment Committee, and the Credit Committee. As Technical Operations Manager, you will provide expert advice, guidance and assistance to the Office of the General Counsel concerning information technology systems that support OGC programs. In addition, you will perform the following duties:

• Interacts the Corporate Secretary in effectively understanding Director's needs.
• Offers guidance and suggestions to the Corporate Secretary in managing Front Office communication.
• Identifies opportunities for Directors to engage in external DFC related activities.
• Assists with establishing a schedule for Board meetings on an annual basis and communicating that schedule with relevant stakeholders.
• Organizes on-boarding materials for new Directors.
• Ensures the effective, efficient, and smooth running of the Corporation's Board meetings, Board Committee meetings, Board's Public Hearing, and internal Investment Committee and Credit Committee meetings.
• Briefs and advises on policies governing Meetings.
• Ensures the efficient and accurate production, organization, and distribution of all pertinent materials for Meetings.
• Serve as subject matter expert on OGC information technology platforms, including but not limited to: Insight, SharePoint, Workshare Compare, and OneDrive.
• Provide leadership for highly complex and challenging activities regarding business requirements under the minimal direction of a manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OGC and the Office of Information Technology for the purposes of information dissemination regarding information technology changes, equipment upgrades, and other similar department-wide changes.

The People and Culture Business Partner plays a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This generalist role involves collaborating with the whole business to support employee development, managing Human Resources (HR) processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will be an integral member of the People & Culture Team, reporting to the Head of People & Culture. Working across the whole business, you will partner with people leaders to evolve high-performing teams, providing the tools and resources to enable an impactful employee experience.

THE ROLE:

• A permanent part-time role (0.8 FTE). The specific days or hours are negotiable.
• Support the whole business by facilitating a seamless and engaging employee experience and executing HR workflows.

• Ensure HR-related policies and procedures comply with employment legislation, including reviewing relevant documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records utilising our HR Information System.
• Gather and analyse HR insights and metrics to inform talent decisions.
• Support people leaders with robust HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding and performance management, by providing relevant templates and frameworks.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on people-related matters, including leave, compensation and any relevant issues that may arise.
• Provide training on HR systems and frameworks, including interview skills, HRIS, performance frameworks, hiring processes, and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships across the business, partnering with leaders and supporting employees to enable a high-performing culture.
• Communicate, promote and drive People and Culture programs and initiatives to ensure a productive and engaged work environment.

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, operating with high integrity, including safeguarding information.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current Australian employment legislation.
• Experience using HR systems and workspace tools, e.g., Google Workspace, HRIS, and ATS.

As the Financial & Analytics Director (Supervisory Financial Analytics Specialist), you will:

• Manage staff members performing a full range of research, reporting, analysis and evaluations of information and data collection to include conducting analysis, trending, forecasting, interpretation of data, financial planning and analysis of key performance indicators, as well as the analysis and reporting of Agency-wide results to leadership. Data includes but is not limited to measures and data elements relevant to budgetary, accounting and financial statement data, risk information, a portfolio of financial products, factors relating to present value estimates (Federal Credit Reform Act of 1990), and indicators of mission-value such as development and policy impact.
• Provide direction on the analysis of Agency performance using monetary and non-monetary measures and key performance measures, within a framework which aligns to management's strategic planning for resources, as well as the defined priorities of the Board and the US Government as a whole. Analysis includes, but is not limited, to risk, productivity, and mission-achievement, as well as developing financial models to support projection and determine uncertainty around priority measures
• Manage an internal and external performance measurement development and maintenance process, including establishing data definitions, developing sound measure methodologies, and managing the quality assurance reviews of performance data
• Oversee accurate and timely reconciliations, compilations, and analyses of information and distribute to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and drive plans to implement technology and software supporting financial management and data analysis. Reviews software planning, testing, and drives the adaptation and adoption of these tools to the DFC environment.
• Performs the full range of supervisory functions.
