Job Description:

• Perform professional facials and hair removal treatment and other beauty services for customers

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in skincare and medical aesthetic procedures and services

• Must be highly professional and very detail oriented. The person(s) we are seeking must have an interest in the health and wellness field.

• International beauty qualification such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC are welcome

Position available: Full time

Hours: 10am – 8pm

Salary: $2800 – 4200 per month (Base salary + Comission)

Location: Chinatown / Tanjong Pagar

Job Scope:

The manager on duty will be in-charge of overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the Kallang Tennis Hub (KTH) or Kallang Football Hub (KFH) and to ensure that operations are running smoothly. • Manage patrons’ enquiries, feedbacks, or issues • Assist and support enquiries from Customer Care • Assist with programme sign ups and set up of equipment • Familiarise and promote venue offerings (e.g., programme, courses) • Ensure that the venue is clean and safe, reporting any safety or cleanliness issues to the facilities or security team • Ensure that the venue is run in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the conditions of entry of the venue • Ensure that venue is ready for Elite Athlete Training (Lights is in Training Mode) • Be the main point of contact for Customer Care, Facility Attendant/Groundsmen, EAT personnel, Security and Duty Technicians • Ensure no patrons overstayed the respective bookings • Assist with any incidents by following the correct procedures and raising an Incident Report (IR) to venue management • Update venue management with daily sales figures and EAT Numbers • Attend required staff training • To provide emergency assistance when required • Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• A positive attitude and dynamic approach, with the ability to be working out on the ground for long periods of the day

• Previous sport and leisure experience is considered an advantage

Operating Hours (KTH/KFH): MONDAY TO SUNDAY 7.00AM to 10.00PM Shift Hours:

Shift 1 - 6:30AM TO 2:30PM (8hr)

Shift 2 – 2:30PM TO 10:30PM (8hr)

Overview:

As part of the Venues and Events team and reporting to the Fitness Manager, the position of Fitness Admin (Contract) will support the establishment and day-to-day Gym operations of what will be one of the world’s leading sports and leisure facilities. Working closely with partners and the community at large, the successful candidate will work closely with management to deliver the operations of the Gym on both a day-to-day and an event mode basis for the benefit of the public of Singapore and elite athletes.

General Roles & Responsibilities

· Coordinate logistic requirements and provide support for fitness classes and patrons

· Facilitate daily facility operations and fitness classes in the Gym and dance studio

· Manage operational procedures and make recommendations for improvement of services

· Assist gym users with use of equipment should they require help

· Attending to queries and feedback from patrons in a professional manner

· Liaise with the FM to support maintenance/cleaning programmes at the facility

· Ensure that health and safety policies and regulations are adhered to and reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues

· Ensure accurate data entries of daily sales and administrative reports

· Responsible in managing class bookings and signing in and out by patrons

· All other ad-hoc duties as required by the Management of Sports Hub Gym
