The KYC Operations Manager is an intermediate management-level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees to provide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting services in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead KYC operations, including executing processes in accordance with Citi compliance policies and overseeing the KYC control environment
• Perform program management of existing Business As Usual (BAU)/Refresh process with scope to migrate further functions globally
• Provide people management and development responsibilities and ensure team service level standards are met
• Liaise with Compliance department and senior management within business units supported
• Oversee new client onboarding and implement process enhancements to improve client onboarding experience
• Provide Management Information System (MIS) reporting to senior management and ensure delivery of targets within timelines dictated by BAU and Refresh Program
• Monitor account refresh activity daily to ensure regulatory/document requirements are met
• Perform quality reviews on new client and refresh cases, ensuring a high level of quality before cases are finalized
• Maintain ‘Book of Work’ for new system releases and enhancements to existing infrastructure
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. This position consists of carrying out tax compliance and tax accounting functions including:

• Technical knowledge of taxes: income and non-income taxes, VAT, withholding taxes, and related tax matters for countries covered by the LATAM Tax Centralization Unit (TCU) following Risk and Controls Guidelines.
• Interaction with vendors, managing different deadlines, coordinating with different areas.
• Scheduling different tasks and following upon their completion.

Job Summary

The Financial Administration Senior Analyst, Assistant Vice-President (“AVP”) oversees the preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual reports for investment companies in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) and Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) requirements. The AVP collaborates with other members of Financial Administration to support the analysis, monitoring, and implementation of expense budgets, timely payment of fund expenses, monthly and annual excise distribution processes, along with other reporting such as Total Returns, Board reporting and year-end tax reporting requirements.

• Are the primary contact for clients; respond proactively to internal and external client inquiries
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and review SEC filings (e.g. N-PORT, N-MFP, N-CSR, N-CEN and 24F-2, N-1A etc.)
• Are the primary contact of the annual audit process
• Are responsible for timely and accurate expense budgeting and payments
• Oversee monthly and quarterly client reporting (e.g. Total Returns and preparation of Board reports)

• Experience with FIS InvestOne fund accounting platform, including MBOR and OLE functionality, is a plus
