   • Manage restaurant budgets, including cost control and revenue optimization.

5. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance meet the highest standards.
   • Maintain quality control over food and beverage offerings, working closely with the kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant, with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette, food, and beverage knowledge.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Tertiary education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
