Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in generate Invoices, customer orders and etc. related document.
• Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
  
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
• To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task.
• Timely and accurately processing of daily sales order.
• Established and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration.
• Perform daily office general clerical duties.
• Perform ad-hock tasks if needed.

 

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good working attitude and pleasant personality.
• Ability to perform multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English (中文 will be added advantages).
• MUST willing to work for 6 days. 
  
• Working Hour: Mon-Sat 8.30AM to 5.30PM

You will provide a vital role for the team in ensuring complete and accurate record keeping, and in supporting system wide learning events and thinking differently events, both online and in-person.

Your new role

In your new role, you will manage and process the entire payroll process from start to end on a weekly and monthly basis using SAGE 50 and EQUE2 gathering information from employee timesheets. Also, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee payroll calculations are entered/calculated, you will meet strict payroll deadlines and have a high level of confidentiality. You will stay well-informed and up to date with any legislation or changes in employment status, tax, pensions and maintain the upkeep of pension submissions. You will regularly review and process corrections, acting as the main contact for internal employees for any payroll related enquires.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, can work independently as well as collaborate with the wider team to build strong relationships at all levels. Have knowledge of tax codes and pension legislation, along with Excel and Microsoft skills. Some preferred skills would include SAGE 50 experience and EQUE2. A CIPP qualification is desirable or relevant payroll experience.
