Job Description:

• To monitor project quality plan, work program and assist Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow and progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner’s expectation is met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
• Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule
• To attend site progress meeting, coordination meeting, safety meeting and site inspection
• To attend valuation of progress claim with client and / or consultants’ representative
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to
• Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Adhere to quotation and tender management policies and practice in performing daily task.
• Obtain necessaries and update documents to ensure availability of documents (e.g: pricing & technical data) for tender submission
• Prepare quotations & proposed drawing as per client’s requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for on time delivery of all assigned tenders / quotation.
• Keep pricing and other information regarding quotation and tender confidential
• Adhere AUTOCAD drawing as per client requirements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, EXCEL, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project, OUTLOOK
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering Construction/Structural or equivalent.

1. Monitoring Operation Activity - After approving the production processes by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests, quality control engineers monitor the operations to ensure they meet the approved systems, communicating any required changes to the production supervisor.
2. Inspecting Procedures - Quality control engineers inspect, test, or measure materials using gauges, calipers, and micrometers, as well as operating electronic inspection equipment to ensure that all necessary procedures and products are inspected to a high standard.
3. Maintaining record of testing - As part of their daily tasks, quality control inspectors maintain detailed records of the testing that's been carried out, as well as relevant additional information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products produced each day.
4. Maintaining Compliance - Quality control inspectors monitor production areas and check that all manufactured products or parts meet the necessary production standards. To Involve with Preventive action, Corrective action activity. 
5. Drawing /Rolling Dies control activity to help improve and maintain good products produce and get good BDV in HPAM process.
6. Quality control engineer check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials or products for a company, as well as the production procedures. This job involves tasks such as running tests, keeping a record of defects, analyzing products, and overseeing procedures
7. Calibration equipment’s – Involve in all instruments calibration activity.

6. 品質控制工程師檢查公司進出材料或產品的品質以及生產程序。這項工作涉及運行測試、記錄缺陷、分析產品和監督程序等任務
7. 校準設備 – 參與所有儀器校準活動。
