The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you enjoy the following responsibilities: Coding and entering supplier and customer invoices Review all supplier invoices and ensure that they have been approved for payment Liaise with relevant managers, suppliers and customers Managing the company's credit cards Process and organise payment for overseas payments in foreign currency Assistance with General Ledger reconciliations Your Skills & Experience Experience in an accounts payable role spanning at least 12 months. Systems savvy with and intermediate level of MS Excel. Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
