Production Manager Job Scope

• Production Planning:

  Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and packaging materials to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Production Supervision:
  Oversee the pastry production process, including mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging.
  Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  Supervise and train production staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
   
• Quality Control:
  Implement quality control measures to ensure that all pastries meet company standards.
