You will assist and support the Marketing Team in the process of the development of Marketing campaigns that will drive user growth and market share.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule engaging posts to promote across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Telegram, and others as required.

• Assist in managing daily comments and messages received across social media platforms. Ensure timely responses and provide relevant information to users.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and databases.

• Ensure data integrity and organize information efficiently to support decision-making processes.

• Undertake additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor.

• Contribute to the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Positive and responsible work attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Working Hours:

The working schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with the exception of Singapore public holidays. The operational hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

• Sales Development & Execution

• Set up monthly and quarterly sales and promotion plan
• Plan and execute joint marketing and other sales activities in related fields

• Key Account Management

• Strategy & Operation planning (promotion, sales plan)
• Contract management: Joint marketing, Logistics planning, Provision etc.)
• Product management: New Product Listing, Phase in/out etc.
• Financial management: Investment ROI, Price adjustment, Back end incentive etc.
• Data management (Collect competitors, sell-out date and analysis)

• Stock Management

• Managing consignment stock (Weekly)
• Stock allocation by account (Daily)
• Pipeline stock management (Monthly)

• Market insight

• Sell-out gathering and analysis
• Competitor and market/channel monitoring (incl. Market share)

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
• Proven experience as key account manager.
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
