Job Responsibilities:
- Job function includes project planning, execution, supervision/ quality control and managing team comprising of designers, consultants, project coordinators/ supervisors and contractors.
- Have good interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of personal ranging from clients, authorities down to the contractors.
- His listening power and ability to resolve issues by way of practical proposals enable him to fit in to any situation beside his ability to ease tension by his humorous jokes.
