Job Description :

• Oversee stage events from proposal to conceptual plan execution.
• Coordinate with tenants, the surrounding community, event organizers, and government agencies for joint events, enhancing Public Relations, and fostering relationships with local authorities and government agencies.
• Coordinate tenant promotions by working closely with tenants on product, price, and theme.
• Manage all advertising materials including banners, buntings, backdrops, signage, and signboards.
• Develop and coordinate advertising materials and related communication activities within the approved budget.
• Plan and execute mall decorations according to festive seasons.

· Position: 3D Commercial Designer

· Location: Sims Close

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus

· Duration: Permanent

· Industry: Design Agency

Main Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and develop 3D design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities

· Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for branding, packaging, product visualization, and marketing campaigns

· Translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs that capture the essence of each brand and resonate with target audiences

· Ensure all 3D designs meet quality standards, client specifications, and project deadlines

· Present design concepts to clients incorporating feedback and revisions as needed

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

· Minimum Diploma in interior/commercial design or equivalent

· At least 2 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in a branding or advertising agency

· Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software, such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Suit
