We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Administrative Assistant in supporting day-to-day operations, basic human resource management, and some financial bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely collections and payments. Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and ledger entries.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
Financial Record Management
Organize and maintain financial documents and records. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
General Administration
Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
Human Resource Management
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, and job applications.
Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
Prepare new employee files and maintain employee records in compliance with HR regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative support preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
