Job Descriptions

• Understand applicable taxes related to business and able to do routine reconciliation (Art 21,23,26, 4(2), etc)
• Able to reconcile Input VAT, Output VAT and PMSE VAT
• Filling SPT, Document Vat IN, VAT OUT and Letters from Tax Office and Others
• Prepare, create, and maintain daily tax transaction documents (VAT Slips & WHT)
• Support monthly and annual tax compliance
• Prepare documents needed for any parties (external, taxes and internal audits) if necessary
• Support tax related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, tax and accounting/finance (tax is mandatory)
• Familiar with Indonesia applicable Tax Laws & Regulations
• Familiar with digital tax program (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, etc.) is preferred
• Excellence in using Ms. Office software (Ms. Excel/Word/PPT) and basic knowledge in accounting.
• Excels in Accounting programs (IFCA & SAP are preferred)
• Have Brevet A&B Certification are preferred
• Have good work ethics and Integrity
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat.
