Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. • Our ideal candidate has 1+ years of client-facing or account management experience, preferably with a media publisher/PR agency. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• You should have strong sense of what makes a good story, deep interest in social media content and be familiar with what our media-brands stand for
• Understanding of creative production processes and workflow (especially video) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, time/resource management and business-judgement skills to lead projects
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethics
