Praktikum im Bereich "Operational Analysis and Studies": Softwareentwicklung in einer 3D Simulationsengine für militärische Szenarien (d/m/w)

Dein Standort

Am Airbus-Standort in Friedrichshafen arbeitest du dort an Innovationen, wo andere Urlaub machen. Genieße den Panoramablick auf den Bodensee, während du in unserer Kantine zu Mittag isst. Und nach der Arbeit schließt du dich einer unserer vielen Betriebssportgruppen an, um zu laufen, zu segeln oder Ski zu fahren.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Entwicklung/ Verbesserung von ausgewählten Anteilen eines bestehenden Simulationsmodells

• (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Simulations-Teilmodellen (z.B. Bewegungsmodelle für Flugzeuge, Formationsverhalten, Modellierung von Sensoren und Funkverbindungen)

• Entwicklung von KI-Modulen zur Abbildung von Verhalten von Agenten

• Deployment der Simulation in einer Docker/ Kubernetes Cloud Umgebung

• Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen und Simulationen

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen

• Du studierst derzeit in einem Bachelor-/ Masterstudiengang Informatik, Medieninformatik, Gamedesign o.ä.

• Programmierkenntnisse in C++ und/oder Python

• Programmierkenntnisse in Qt (optional)

• Umgang mit Source-Verwaltungssystemen (SVN, GIT)

• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Modelling and Simulation (M&S) von Vorteil

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
