Job Description
Assistant Quality Manager and Production

The Production and Quality Assistant Manager assists the production and quality management teams in overseeing manufacturing operations and quality control processes. This role involves planning, monitoring, and improving production and quality control processes to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. The Assistant Manager will also lead and support the production and quality teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management:
Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer
demand and production targets.
Monitor and adjust production processes to improve efficiency and reduce
waste.
Work with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any production
issues.
2. Quality Control:
Prepare Quality Plan and Inspection Plan to determine necessary control in the
production line.
Review the effectiveness of the control plan and quality plan to ensure
acceptable quality levels at different stages of production.
Check overseas supplier quality and approval processes to ensure that
suppliers meet the required quality standards.
Work with suppliers to resolve any quality-related issues and ensure compliance
with company standards.
3. Team Management:
Lead a team of supervisors, QC leaders, and QC operators to perform daily tasks
effectively and implement continuous improvement actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance principles,
practices, and tools.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
within the production and quality teams.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Act as the document controller for quality management systems, such as ISO
9001 and other relevant standards.
Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control checks, and
corrective actions.
Prepare and present reports on production and quality performance to
management.
5. Health and Safety:
Promote a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety policies.
Participate in safety training and ensure team members are following safety
guidelines.

6. Customer Liaison and Audit Preparation:
Liaise with customers on quality issues and coordinate internal corrective and
preventive actions.
Prepare for and attend audits by regulatory bodies and customers, including
follow-up actions are required to close out the audits.
Arrange and oversee client Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), ensuring that
products meet client specifications and expectations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a production or quality control role, with supervisory experience

參加安全訓練並確保團隊成員遵守安全規定
指導方針。

6. 客戶聯絡和審核準備：
就品質問題與客戶聯絡並協調內部糾正和
預防措施。
準備並參加監管機構和客戶的審核，包括
需要採取後續行動來結束審計。
安排和監督客戶工廠驗收測試 (FAT)，確保
產品符合客戶的規格和期望。

資格：
工程、製造、品質保證或相關領域的學士學位。
擁有豐富的生產或品質控制經驗以及監督經驗
首選。
對生產流程和品質控制原理有深入的了解。
優秀的分析、解決問題和決策能力。
強大的領導能力、溝通能力和人際交往能力。
熟練使用微軟Office。

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily product measurement and installation schedule to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customers' requirements and company standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and house owners for scheduling of product measurement and installation services and update status accordingly from time to time.
• Prepare all relevant documents pertaining to product measurement and installation services' request and promptly update all such information into system.
• Ensure customers request, enquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time.
• Ensure of all receiving of goods from Headquarter are in accordance to customers' order and in good conditions.
• Co-ordinate receiving of goods return from customers as well as disposition of expired material / goods back to Headquarter.
• Performs any other tasks and responsibilities within the Branch Operations as and when required.
   

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years' working experience in customer communication and sales coordination.
• Applicants must be willing to work for 5.5 days.
• Conversant in both spoken and written of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:

-To plan resources for projects - such as manpower, material, equipment and consumables
-To plan and arrange work for foremen/technicians/sub-contractors on a daily or project basis
-To enforce safety procedures during work 
-To ensure that all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and with quality

-  Creating/editing of technical drawings (proficiency in Autocad is preferable)

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
