• 制定和實施行銷策略：制定並執行全面的行銷計劃以實現公司目標，包括品牌知名度、詢問和客戶獲取。
• 數位行銷：透過社群媒體、電子郵件活動和網站優化等各種管道管理線上形象。隨時了解產業趨勢並實施創新的數位行銷策略。
• 內容創作：為各種平台創作有趣、引人入勝且引人注目的內容，包括 FB/IG Reels、TikTok 短片內容、社群媒體廣告和宣傳資料。
• 市場研究：進行市場研究以確定趨勢、客戶需求和競爭分析。利用洞察來為行銷策略和活動提供資訊。
• 活動管理：規劃和執行從構思到完成的行銷活動，監控績效並進行數據驅動的調整以獲得最佳結果。
• 協作：與影片製作、銷售和設計等跨職能團隊密切合作，確保行銷策略與整體業務目標保持一致。

工作要求

• 至少1 年數位行銷人員工作經驗；
• 能夠管理EN、BM 和 CN帳戶，在快節奏的環境中以最少的監督獨立工作，並同時處理多個項目；
• 注重細節，積極進取，具備團隊精神，致力於與公司共同成長；
• 具備媒體策劃、預算規劃、內容行銷和製定行銷策略的經驗；
• Google AdWords和Google Analytics認證或相關認證是額外獎勵；
• Facebook Blueprint認證是一項額外優勢；
• 行銷、商業或任何相關領域的學士學位或擁有線上數位行銷證書；
• 了解數位行銷工具，例如Facebook Business Manager 、 Google AdWords 、 Google Analytics ；
• 能夠展現領導和管理 SEO/SEM 專案以及數據驅動的數位行銷的經驗者優先；
• 對汽車、汽車配件產業感興趣是另一個優勢。

• Diploma or higher certification in interior design or a related field
• Proven experience as a sales designer in a kitchen cabinet and/or other wood panel-based furniture retail outlet
• Proficiency in designing software such as AiHouse is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored design solutions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of pricing and product specifications
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional design presentations

Job Description

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture.
• Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required.
• Utilize design software, such as AiHouse to provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales.
• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
