Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all QS operations (take-off quantity, BQ preparation, sourcing for quotation and analysis, comparing and evaluating material cost)
- Responsible for purchasing functions, including sourcing, selection, and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare monthly site valuation report and work progress report.
- Coordinate with contractor and site personnel.
- Prepare the subcontractor's monthly claims for manager approval.
- Evaluate and prepare the project progress claim.
- Cost estimation for structure & ID.
Job Requirements :
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree, Quantity Survey
- At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the structure / renovation / ID field is required for this position.
- Strong knowledge and understanding
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and diligently.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to travel between site to site.
