Company Secretary and Company Secretarial Assistant (Masai) 

1. Company Secretary: 
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Company 
Secretary. The ideal candidate should possess MAICSA/ICSA/SSM qualifications with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Company Secretarial practices. Proficiency in the Companies Act 2016 and knowledge of other regulatory laws and guidelines are essential. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare board resolutions, minutes, notices and other corporate secretarial documents.
• Complete the Annual Return via MBRS system.
• Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory forms/returns to SSM.
• Monitor and maintain properly updated statutory records/registers.
• Assist and submit applications for the incorporation of companies, setting up of business, and striking off.
• Handle shares transfer, alteration of capital structure, change of company name, and draft the company's constitution.

To help engineers draft out structural drawings and prepare forms and documents for authority for submission to BCA, LTA, PUB, and Nparks.
