•  Perform accounting data entries 
•  Maintain and update debtors and creditors control account 
•  Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement;
•  Perform physical stock check with Warehousing Dept
•  Follow-up with HQ & associate companies on all Finance related matters 
•  Receive invoices / bills, update and monitor Accounts Payable summaries timely
•  Check and/or prepare payment requisitions/ vouchers for approval according to the approved cash flow and payment schedule(s)
• Minimum SPM, with 2-3 years experience in Finance / Accounts works
