Responsibilities:
a) Maintain and manage the Company’s HRMS, update employee database, manage leave and attendance, payroll functions and assist in generating relevant reports as required.

The opening position is at junior level. Reporting to senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams. The main purpose of the position is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager by performing posting of the accounting information in the accounting system.
About the candidate
Candidates for this junior role must possess a Certificate or Diploma qualification in Accounting/Book Keeping. Candidates should have at least one year of accounting experience working ideally in retail industry. In this case, fresh graduates shall be duly consider for the role. The company operates on a 5-day week basis, from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday-Friday.

About the job
The opening is a full time permanent position at junior level. Reporting to Senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams.
The main purpose of the positions is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in relevant aspects of accounting functions such as purchase and sales ledger maintenance, processing invoices, supplier reconciliation, bank reconciliation, inventory management and pricing. Part of the role and duties will be performing posting of the accounting information in the accounting system.
About the Candidate
Candidates for this junior role must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma qualification in Accounting/Book Keeping.Candidate should have at least one or two years of accounting experience working ideally in retail industry. In this case, fresh graduates with Bachelor degree will be duly considered. Strong Excel and Mathematics skills are essential to succeed in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for accounting candidate to gain experience and establish themselves in an established renowned high fashion retail business. To be considered for the role, candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
