As a Vending Machine technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines at various locations. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing routine maintenance checks on vending machines to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues with vending machines.
• Conducting repairs and replacements of defective parts to restore vending machines to working condition. 
• Responding to service calls from clients promptly and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Installing new vending machines on sites according to specifications and safety standards
• Refiling of vending machines ( 6-7 machines daily depending on scheduled route)

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/O level / Diploma or equivalent; C
• Electrical & Electronic certification is a bonus
• Able to comply with company and management rules
• able to work overtime if there is an urgent need/requirement 
• Possess own transport

Responsibilities :

• Monitor debtor payment terms and respond accordingly.
• Prepare Debtor's Ageing.
• Oversee compliance with the company's credit policy.
• Liaise with external debt Collection Company as required.
• General ledger reconciliations including month-end journals.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Producing company weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements relating to accounts receivables.
• Participate in internal and external finance audits as required.  
• Intermediate level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Candidate shall possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or certificate equivalent qualification.
• Good understanding of principles and procedures of bookkeeping and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office packages.
• Able to communicate in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and flexible with a good attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement adequate EHS programs and systems (including records) to maintain and demonstrate regulatory compliance as well as comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports to document compliance activities.
• To ensure the work environment is compliant with health and safety rules by assessing, control & mitigating risks.

• Track and follow all of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities.
• Drive the EHS team to continuously improve in departmental goals.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Strong knowledge of international, national, local EHS with relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in determining EHS requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
• Ability to coach the team on EHS instruction preparation.
• Strong financial and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
• Working experience in Logistics / Warehouse related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong and convincing communication skills.
