To provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to Unit4 customers in the resolution of support cases and the completion of a variety of other tasks required to support our customer base.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Process and solve cases incidents and service requests in a timely and qualitative way.
• Actively assist in progressing investigations offline for other regions/time zones
• Investigate, process and document application defects passed to the Application Support team.
• Verify and action automated alerts.
• Test and document newly released fixes and features
• Produce clear and detailed Knowledge Articles and documentation to assist customers and other support departments.
• Deliver great customer outcomes.
• Be proactive in highlighting potential escalation risks with your Team Leader and coordinate additional resource requirements to assist with the investigation.
• Handle customer escalations, taking ownership of complicated issues, and always keep customers updated on progress.
• Comply with the Company’s information and Security Requirements and all Company Business procedures, policies, and ISO standards.
• Investigate, document, and present to the Customer Services Team Leader process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement or chargeable activities and to raise these via the appropriate channels.
• Work in a team environment to help and assist colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
• Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline

• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
• Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.

• Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
• Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.
• Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management.

Objectives of the assignment

The overall objective of the assignment is to review and strengthen the digital supply chain traceability system linked with satellite-based deforestation monitoring in collaboration with companies/cooperative. This will allow private companies and other value-chain actors to trace supply and demonstrate compliance with certification/standards, and deforestation free requirements. Create and print QR codes with full traceability information of each company/cooperative supported by Cafe-REDD.

Detailed Tasks

The expected tasks to meet this objective are as follows:

1. Review and evaluate the traceability system, called TraceFarm app (developed by TraceVerified Ltd.) of 4 enterprises of Accelerator Fund and recommend solutions to strengthen the operation.
2. Apply the TraceFarm Platform (developed by TraceVerified Ltd.) to scan and build up the traceability systems for 2 new enterprises/cooperatives.
3. Prepare the operation usage guideline and provide the training to collect/update the data for 6 enterprises/cooperatives.
4. Print 120.000 QR Code stamps for 6 enterprises/cooperatives.
5. Guide businesses to activate and use QR code stamps.
6. Prepare final report and recommendations.

BROAD FUNCTIONS:

• Provide 24x7 IT Services Operation and Infrastructure (Level 1) support.
• Coordinate IT Infrastructure Problem Management and escalation.
• Coordinate with Global team to perform site testing and buyoff.
• Manage site IT Infrastructure hardware and software deployment and configuration.
• Provide technical support to critical users.
• Provide site mobile communication support to corporate and remote users.
• Carry out assigned task to ensure the quality of product, and prevent environmental pollution, workplace incidents, injury, and ill health.
• Participate in related risk assessment activities e.g. BPM, HIRADC, ERA, RA, BIA, BCP

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• First level IT support for MFG (4 Shift) covering all IT areas such as MFG IT hardware and software support, Office/Deskside support, Network/Telecom support, and Data Center operations support.
• Responsible for nightshift/Weekend/PH IT-helpdesk support
• To assist daily IT operations support.
• To assist on network/telecom/server related project/assignment/task.
• Ensure SOX compliance, security control, standardization, documentation, planning and delivery.
• Assist IT engineers on project implementation, assignment, system troubleshooting, testing and maintenance activities.
• Application performance monitoring and feedback on any improvement plan.

1. Liaise with NPI Procurement, Design Engineers, Commodity Managers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure and drive a robust sourcing strategy at the NPI phase; Ensure continuity of supply and best in class components in BOMs for all WDC flash products
2. Provide technology expertise to commodity managers to develop the supply base strategy
3. Drive supply base strategy, by BOM screen, at product design stage; propose alternate sources or replacements and drive the technical qualification process
4. Provide expert technical support for the supplier/technology selection process
5. Ensure qualified suppliers or components are meeting WDC technical requirements, quality requirements, and green policy requirements
6. Review suppliers’ technology roadmaps, ensure suppliers are meeting WDC technical requirements
7. Work with PDT teams to support NPI program milestones
