Job Summary :

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing solutions that meet these needs. This role typically involves negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify potential business clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Develop strategies to engage and secure new accounts.
  
  
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company’s products or services, address any issues, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  
  
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects, highlighting the benefits of the company’s products or services tailored to their specific business needs.
  
  
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  
  
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay updated on industry and market trends that can affect sales.
  
  
• Develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
  
  
• Generate and submit sales reports and track sales performance against targets. Provide management with insights and feedback gained from client interactions.
  
  
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships.

Experience :

Experience in sales, especially B2B sales, is highly desirable. Previous roles in a specific industry may also be beneficial depending on the sector the company operates in.

• Control and plan ahead stock in hand locally and overseas.

• Liaison with local government agency for all related matters.

• 維護供應商資料庫、採購記錄和相關文件。
• 依生產使用情況或再訂購等級管理原料庫存。
• 當新模具打開時，將鋁型材圖片更新到銷售部的excel。
• 負責進口活動的協調和管理，例如進口政策、程序的製定和實施、進口單證和運輸的管理
• 與貨運代理聯絡，確保及時、準確的進口流程和文書工作

Responsibilites & Requirements:

• Research reliable and potential suppliers to meet company’s requirements
• Responsible on Purchase Requisitions, Quotation and issuance of Purchase Order
• Tracking orders, ensure timely deliveries and quality of purchased products.
• Liaise with Sales Department & Director for raw materials e.g: mould/billets/powders/plastic & etc to deliver on time to prevent delay Sales
• Department's progress/orders.
• Maintaining supplier database, purchase records and related documents.
• Manage raw materials inventory based on production usage or at reorder level.
• Update aluminium profiles picture into excel for Sales Dept when new mould has opened.
• Responsible for coordination and management of import activities such as development and implementation of import policies, procedures, management of import documentations and shipments
• Liase with freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate import processes and paperwork

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma level or above in business related field
