Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out experience, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Collect payments and deposits, maintaining professionalism and cleanliness in the reception area.
• Manage reservations from diverse channels (OTA, Phone, Walk-ins, Website).
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor for optimal room allocation and special arrangements.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate the collection of guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide detailed information about the hotel, room options, rates, amenities, and activities.
• Conduct night audits and generate management reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Able to work shifts and on public holidays, 6 days a week.
• Team player with a pleasant personality.
• Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbally).

EKSEKUTIF ANALISA DATA ( DATA ANALYST )

KELAYAKAN

• Warganegara Malaysia dan berumur 18 tahun ke atas.
• Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda Statistik, Matematik, Kewangan dan Teknologi Maklumat atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun dalam Institusi Kewangan atau mana-mana institusi berkaitan.
• Mempunyai kemahiran dalam analisa data dan laporan.
• Mempunyai pengalaman mendokumentasi keperluan perniagaan dan melakukan pemprofilan data.
• Mempunyai pengalaman dan pemahaman yang kukuh mengenai 'Database'.
• Mempunyai kemahiran menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan alat analisis lain seperti POwerBI.
• Mempunyai kemahiran yang baik dalam menyelesaikan masalah.
• Mampu bekerja dengan pemantauan  yang minima.
• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi secara lisan dan bertulis dengan baik.

• 至少擁有統計學、數學、金融和資訊科技或相關領域的學士學位。
• 擁有至少 3 年在金融機構或任何相關機構的工作經驗。
• 具備數據分析和報告技能。
• 擁有記錄業務需求和執行數據分析的經驗。
• 擁有經驗並對「資料庫」有深入的了解。
• 具備使用 Microsoft Excel 和其他分析工具（例如 POwerBI）的技能。
• 具有良好的解決問題的能力。
• 能夠在最少的監督下工作。
• 具有良好的口頭和書面溝通能力。
