A Vacancy at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking to recruit a confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced clinical pharmacist with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the safe, rational and cost-effective prescribing of antimicrobials.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise and further develop skills in a high profile role supporting the organisation in achieving positive patient outcomes related to infections and to meet local, regional and national antimicrobial prescribing targets.

This will include development of guidelines, auditing clinical practice, monitoring antimicrobial usage and expenditure, training staff and identifying improvements to support antimicrobial stewardship.
With a postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy, or equivalent transferrable experience, you will have highly developed pharmacy skills and a proven track record of operation at a senior level, particularly in relation to influencing prescribing and facilitating change.
Thank you for your interest in this role.
