Job Summary

Responsible for processing and ensuring medical claims are managed timely and in accordance with policy terms and conditions, and assist with reception duties, registration, financial counseling, collection of payment and other administration duties.

Business Office Management

• 5-5.5 days per week - 44hours per week

Job Scope:

• Represent the brand to offer/promote company products to interested customers
• Maintain high and positive energy on the sales floor
• Ensure smooth operation on retail stores
• Stocking up on stocks and products in store
• Handle simple housekeeping duties for back and front of house

Requirements:

• Presentable and Friendly
• Able to stand long Hours
• Comfortable to work in shift hours - including weekends

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns in partnership with product teams and global marketing colleagues

- Support social strategy, content execution by managing social and content calendars

- Own social governance with the global marketing team, provide best practices, templates, communications etc.

- Execute client engagement activities including pre-event target market analysis, agenda building, develop the client invitation campaign while tracking clients’ registrations, manage vendors or/and work with GEM teams in executing the initiatives’ logistics where needed

- Support to strengthen the brand position with awards, thought leadership content, development of client case studies in collaboration with sales, marketing and product partners by retrieving information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents

- Prepare key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools – dashboards; post event analysis/webinars

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project management or business operations

- Able to multi-task

- Good verbal & written communication skills

- Keen eye for detail
