Responsibilities​​

• Carry out maintenance services and general repairs of construction machinery (generator, air compressor, water pump, etc.).​
• Conduct diagnostic check, troubleshooting or engine overhaul.​
• Able to carry out medium to complex diagnostic works as assigned by HOD/superior.​
• Carry out maintenance service and repair job, and report any other defects found during the course of repair.​
• Update daily operation work into the system.​

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

⭕ Monitor, coach, motivate and guide sales team (individual and overall performance) towards achieving sales target.

⭕ Recruit, hire and train to ensure a performing sale teams.

⭕Assist in setting sales target and devising sales remuneration scheme for sales team.
Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.

⭕Collaborate with marketing team in planning, conducting and monitoring all marketing activities (i.e. customer networking, digital advertising, etc.)

⭕Regularly conduct market surveys (i.e. current motor vechicles market, competitors' information, latest regulation, etc.) and report to management.
