• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a diploma or degree in in furniture design or related field.
• Ability to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using order management software and other relevant computer programs

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, including sales, production, and logistics

Job Description

• Process incoming orders for customized furniture projects accurately and efficiently.
• Review order details, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Communicate with sales personnel and/or clients to clarify any discrepancies or gather additional information related to their orders to ensure order accuracy.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders based on deadlines and capacity.
• Monitor order progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
• Liaise with internal departments, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, including relevant documents and communication.
• Provide timely updates to sales personnel, and/or clients on the status of their orders and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have.
