What we are looking for

Position Overview

Reporting to the Team Lead of the Security Operations Center, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to potential security-related risks targeting the Group. Principal Job Functions

• Experience:At least 5-7 years of experience in Mainframe Security (RACF) administration/operations provided by z/OS UNIX system services (USS), CICS, DB2, and WebSphere MQ with hands-on regulatory compliance knowledge.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of zSecure Admin and zSecure Audit modules.
• Good working knowledge of the Access Management lifecycle and process.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services institutions is preferred.

Onsite Service Engineer

Job Scope:

- Perform installation and commissioning activities of products without supervision

- Provide frontline support for key field service activities, including:

- Basic fault finding and rectification

- Planned maintenance activities on products

- Offer basic faultfinding and troubleshooting support to customers with minimal supervision

- Ensure all field service activities adhere to health and safety policies

- Provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of field service experience in a relevant or related industry, preferably with a strong customer-facing focus

- Formal qualification in a mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic discipline

- Proficient in understanding technical documents (P&IDs, wiring diagrams, etc.)

- Computer literate

- Ability to manage and prioritize activities as directed by the line manager

- Team player

Job Duties

• Gathering information and data to identify business requirements and processes with stakeholders.
