Job Description
Responsibilities
Generate sales among client accounts, including disruptive and cross-selling
Operates as the lead point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts and stakeholders
Communicates & understand client’s needs and demands in timely manner
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Maintain good relationship with clients while managing the projects to meet the goals
Identifies opportunities to grow company's business
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent services
Leadership skills to delegate tasks
Collaborates with sales & tech teams based at multiple locations to reach prospective clients
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Contract negotiation and close agreements to optimise profits
Keep records of client transactions & reports
Requirements
-Minimum bachelor's degree preferred in IT-related field
-Independent and Team Leader
-Strong communication skills
-Fluent in both Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts) and English; spoken and written.
-Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
-Allowance and commission are available
-Monday to Friday
-Near to Tanjong Pagar MRT
