Job Purpose

A ServiceNow Architect is a professional that has a better in-depth understanding of technical or platform governance processes, estimations, planning, architecting business complex applications on the ServiceNow platform. The Architect is responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions to achieve complex business objectives, provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes, collaborates on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption.

The Architect is also expected to produce collaterals and conduct necessary trainings for different user bases to know how to navigate and use the different ServiceNow applications applicable to each group/role.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Design elegant and simple solutions that make the world of work better for your stakeholders.

· Define an extendable and secure integration framework and lead the establishment of common integrations such as Active Directory, Multi-Factor authentication, email, etc.

· Mastering the art of presenting technical architecture solutions to project teams

· Lead and guide a team of junior staff members alongside the ServiceNow Technical Lead

· Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.

· Review project documents for quality assurance.

· Interact and consult with clients.

· Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish.

· Compile requirements and solutions to offer to the customer.

· Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to the client.

· Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to the client.

· Produce training modules and communication plans needed to effectively inform the user base in using specific ServiceNow applications.

· Collaborate with the customer’s Organization Change Management team.

Required Qualification and Experiences

· Min 8-12yrs of work experience with Min 8 years of ServiceNow development experience is required

· More than seven completed full ServiceNow implementations

· More than 3 years of senior technical experience

o Two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications

Role: DeltaV System Programmer - LSMG

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and delivery of DeltaV application system on site.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Creates and maintains applications according to technical design and requirements.
• Develop and/or review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, compliant with the site’s standards. Determine the processes and data flow that supports the needs of the project.
• Design & Develop plan for modifications to be made to the system through working with team in development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all stages.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
• Emerson DeltaV DCS experience and DeltaV Batch experience required
• Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
• Technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems.
• Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)
• Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Supervise and conduct system testing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in the use of the following Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ensure project Automation Strategy is followed.
