LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

• Building your list of potential customers by researching our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press  
• Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential customers to ACS customers
• Building relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Working to sales target meeting financial objectives
• Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
• Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
• Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)

Job Description

• Sales support for the Distribution Sales team.
• To handle ad hoc requests from clients relating to prospectus, factsheet, dividend history, latest marketing materials, arrangement of deliveries, coordination of trainings & client events as well as logistic management with the Marketing team.
• To prepare customized sales materials using Morningstar, Bloomberg and other data sources to improve product pitches.
• To ensure correct entries in MyCRM for all client contacts & pipelines.
• To represent the Sales team to work with the Marketing & Product Development teams on fund launches’ execution in terms of printing, preparation of sales materials, improvement of customized materials.
• To work with Morningstar to customise our South Asia market intelligence peer comparison.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a good degree;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• A team player with high level of dedication;
• Computer literate, with the ability to learn new software programs with ease; Skilled at using Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in banks or asset management through previous internships /contracts would be advantageous.
