Responsibilities:
· Actively exploring and developing new shipper clients
· Perform leads generation and cold-calling to acquire new clients
· Gather information to understand client companies and their business needs
· Meet with customers, explore and review business needs
· To prepare proposal and quotations to customers
· Work with Customer Service team on customer booking
Requirements:
· Resourceful, proactive, presentable, and with a positive attitude
· At least 1 year of work experience in the freight forwarding/NVOCC/liner companies
· Able to engage customers over the phone and face-to-face
· Excellent telephone manner
· Basic PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and usage of Microsoft Excel
· Possess own transport
