Responsibilities:
- Entering order into system, arrangement of transportation meeting customer's required date, preparation of all the delivery documents and invoices.
- To provide support to the sales team including proper documentation and keeping proper record of activities.
- Handling shipment matters including shipping documents.
- Coordinating with warehouse on stocks inventory, customers’ orders and etc.
- Procurement.
- Other ad-hoc operations activities.
Requirements:
- Candidates possess at least a Diploma with at least 2 years’ working experience of relevant experience (for Assistant Manager / Senior Executive level). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply (for Executive level)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
- Proficient in written and spoken Malay, English.
- Proactive, independent, meticulous and possess initiatives
- Ability to multi-task and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
