The Role:
Our Retail team is looking for Full-Time Sales Associate to be a part of the quickly growing and developing team. You will have the exciting opportunity to not only improve your customer experience skills, but also expand your knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry. A sales associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in our retail stores. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role of ensuring success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS (point of sales) transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication
• Resolving customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner
• Keep current on our product and service updates
• Be aspirational to your customers in all aspects of culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture
• Processing and assembling orders for our online store

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to problem solve quickly and in a polite manner
• Highly organized. Works well under pressure and can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team
• Able to multi task and learn new programs quickly
• Must possess integrity and follow through on customer commitments

Job Description:

Our client, a Japanese logistic company, has newly established office in Singapore in 2020.

1. Logistics sales operation of the company - coordinate import/export, warehousing, shipping via sea, air
2. Trucking by liaising with partners and clients (mainly in Singapore and Malaysia)
3. Delivery arrangement and Shipping documents preparation (Invoice, Packing List, Marine cargo insurance, etc)
4. Issuing of Invoice for billing
5. Data entry on MS Excel sheet and filing related documents
6. Process and monitor customer orders to ensure on time delivery
7. Responsible for clients' enquiries through emails and phone call
8. Work closely with logistic partner and visit partner's warehouse about 1-2 times in a month for checking amount of products and passing necessary documentation(Warehouse location: West and East area)
9. Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Logistic Coordinator, Supply Chain Executive or relevant is preferred
2. Experience in logistics sales operation will be advantageous
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Flexible and willing to learn something new
5. MS Office skill (especially good experience with Excel)
6. Interested in Japanese culture and logistics industry
