Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Photo Imaging Department’s products/services through non-online channels such as print media, events, partnerships and other.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences in the target market segments.
To create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and presentations.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials and services.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, trade publications, and relevant organizations.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in non-online marketing channels.
Provide guidance and support to junior members of the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3 years in marketing roles with a focus on non-online channels, preferably in related industry.
Strong understanding of traditional marketing principles and techniques, including print advertising, event marketing and others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to track campaign performance and ROI.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to contribute to the development of visually appealing marketing materials.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to travel as needed for trade shows, events, and meetings.
