Job Responsibilities:
• To attend to all sales inquiries, RFP/ITQ and tenders in a prompt and timely manner, within 24- 48 hours.
• Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, such as inbound calls, cold calling, whatapps, email marketing, online inquiries, Philippines contact center.
• Contacting prospects and partners through various channels – reaching out on WhatsApp, telephone and/or emails.
• Gather critical information to prepare Sales Managers for the demos/meeting
• Deliver compelling sales pitch and proposals that highlight the value of our products or services.
• Execute lead allocation to best-fit sales manager to increase closing rate.
• Scheduling sales meetings and web demos – perform follow-ups for missed appointments and rescheduling of appointments.
• Execute and assist Sales Managers in effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
• Monitoring sales cycle for sales managers by promptly replying to sales inquiries, perform multiple follow-ups, expediate closing deals and chasing payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, partnership and support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support all sales and marketing initiatives, including ad-hoc roadshows/events
• Collaborate with PHP call center in acquiring quality leads for web demos.
• Prepare and deliver lead allocation reports and presentations.
• Consistently update Hubspot, ensuring data integrity.
Job Qualification/Requirements:
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B environment, especially within the service and consulting industry
• Knowledge in HR solution system or HR function would be at advantage.
• Ability to provide good customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
• Ability to adapt to changes and evolving business needs.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and display abilities as a good team player.
• CRM (Hubspot) and automation tools familiarity is a plus.
