Responsibilities

- Analyze data from customer reviews and supplier negotiations.
- Inform decision-making processes related to product development.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to solve problems.
- Explore issues and predict market trends.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate suppliers and their product categories.

- Compile research findings.
- Present reports and recommendations.
- Contribute to product development strategies.
- Complete tasks supporting overall business operations and product development efforts.
- Contribute to ongoing and existing product improvement efforts and Identify areas for enhancement.

Responsibilities
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field .
- Customer services oriented, creative, passionate and good team spirit.
- Good analytical and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines .
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making.
- Fluency in Chinese, Malay and English is required.
