JOB SUMMARY (SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR)
To provide service to our customers and to support the whole Sales Department team. This may involve answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to the company's products or services. You will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs. In addition, you will need to have knowledge of the company's products or services, policies, and procedures in order to collaborate with the accurate information between customers and the Sales Department.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sales Quotation
· Shipping Documents
· Order Sheet Form
· Data Entry
· e-Invoice
· e-Filing
· Handle incoming calls
· Arrange courier services
· Provide customer service administration support
· And ad-hoc administration duties as deemed necessary
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or ITE Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Power BI, Word, Outlook)
· Previous related experiences background will be a bonus
· Attentive to detail, accurate and well organized
· Cooperative and willing to assist others and can work in a team environment
· Ability to communicate both verbal and written in a professional manner

Work Timings: 8AM – 5PM (Mondays – Fridays)
Transport: Pick-up points island-wide
Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD3,500 (Negotiable)
