• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) with inputs from Team Leaders / Field Assistant(s) to track operational excellence. Analyze data together with the Team Leaders to identify trends and areas for improvement and report to Operations Manager
• Secure prominent secondary display such as Roadshow, Pallets/ GEs as per target set by KAMs with given allocated investment fund.
• Achieving Monthly Targets: Work closely with Key Account Manager(s) / Team Leaders to break down annual goals into monthly targets.
• Monitor works process towards achieving monthly target and set chains strategies as needed as a team. Conduct regular meetings with team leaders / Field Assistants to review performance against monthly targets and identify areas for improvement.
