The position is responsible for general ledger, financial closing and financial reporting of the hotel.  To ensure all the financial transactions and information are properly recorded. Also to ensure all accounting control procedures are consistently complied. Verify all documents (Debit Note, Credit Note, Payment Vouchers, cheque payments, JVs, reconciliations,  month end reports etc) prior to submitting to the General Manager/Director of Finance office for approval or endorsement.

As a Sales Manager, you will deliver an outstanding service to new and existing commercial customers, maximising all sales opportunities in order to meet team targets and KPI’s through individual performance and support of the wider team.

As a Sales Manager, we are looking for someone to:

• Develop sales opportunities through contact with commercial customers over the telephone to establish the nature of their business, growth plans & future needs
   
• Establish long term relationships with particular customers, contacting them at appropriate points to review any funding requirements
   
• Accurately assess inbound enquiries, maximise sales opportunities and understand the customers’ requirements to discuss all available products
   
• To represent the companies brand and values in all contact with customers so that customer retention and repeat business is maximised
   
• Actively manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates and cases fund within the desired timeframes
   
• Work closely with other business departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify sales opportunities

• Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
• Should ensure that the team members are adhering to the Human Resource policies.
• Personally welcome and escort all hotel guests.
• Authorize courtesies for all VIP’s
• Maintaining guest profile and updating the same on regular basis
• Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements.
• Ensure all VIP room inspection in coordination with House Keeping Department.
• Ensure that newspapers and parcels are delivered in the rooms without delay.
• To be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.
• Ensure effective and speedy check-in & check-out facilities.
• Deal with the inquiries and complaints of the Guests tactfully and initiate follow-up action.
• Ensure that the entrance is easily accessible to cars and taxis at all times.
• Conduct briefing for GSA.
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirement
• Communicates with RDM all information likely to be interest to them

Qualification:

• Graduated Bachelor’s Degree
• Experienced the same field minimum 5 years in manufacture Garment industry
• Strong leadership & good communication
• Good in English & have digital mindset
• Willing to be placed at Tangerang (Jatiuwung)
• Minimum Lean GREEN BELT
• Technical knowledge of the products is a must
• Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good wear house
• Ready to work long hours if necessarily (No clock watchers)
