An opportunity exists for the right person to work within our Team as Maintenance Systems Specialist.
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a talent Maintenance Systems Specialist to join our team. You’ll be instrumental in addressing client’s asset management problems from a systems perspective, understanding their situation and needs, assessing potential solutions, providing recommendations and implementing solutions. This position stems from our vision to enhance client collaboration and problem-solving, ensuring effective asset management solutions are implemented. You'll also play a pivotal role in sharing information with fellow team members and helping them solve clients’ problems.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement Equipment Criticality Assessment and check for consistency and accuracy in APM or similar maintenance system.
• Implement Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and check for consistency and accuracy.
• Build SAP master data for all equipment included in the project scope.
• Develop equipment maintenance strategies in APM, SAP or any other maintenance system in accordance to agreed requirements.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance instructions using client’s tool (e.g. Standardised Work App).
• Provide input for KPI tracking related to Operational Readiness systems.
• Ensure compliance with all local legislation, regulations, and asset procedures including safety, health, environment, and community standards.
• Conduct desktop gap assessments and audits for asset management, maintenance, work management and reliability.
Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor´s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering or similar field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience using maintenance systems within the resource industry.
• Proven experience with preventive and corrective maintenance concepts and repair procedures.
• Expertise in FMECA, Equipment Criticality Assessment, RCM, and Root Cause Analysis concepts and tools.
• Sound interpersonal skills to effectively interact and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Full Australian working rights, residing in Western Australia.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
