Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and systems are functioning efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certification or license preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory Mandarin Speaker
- Prefer Factory Construction Based Working Experience
